⚠️ Login Problem Detected

We need your help to fix a technical issue

What's happening?

You're seeing this page because there's a mismatch between your login credentials and the stored authentication data in your browser. This typically happens when your user roles or access permissions have been changed in the system.

The application's authentication system hasn't properly removed or expired the old login data stored in your browser, causing conflicts when you try to access the application.

🔧 What you need to do:

  1. Clear your browser's stored data from the last 6 hours (cookies, cache, active logins, site preferences)
  2. Close your browser completely (all windows and tabs)
  3. Restart your browser
  4. Log in again with your current credentials

Important: This will also remove other website data from the same time period, but this is necessary to resolve the login issue. You may need to log in again to some other websites you've visited recently.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the Clear browsing data dialog by pressing:
    Ctrl + Shift + Delete
(On Mac: + Shift + Delete)
  2. In the dialog that appears, click on the Basic tab at the top.
  3. Set the Time range dropdown to "Last hour" or "Last 4 hours" (whichever is closest to 6 hours available).
  4. Make sure the following items are checked:
    Cookies and other site data
    Cached images and files
    Browsing history (optional)
  5. If you need more options, switch to the Advanced tab and also check:
    Site settings
    Hosted app data
  6. Click the "Clear data" button.
  7. Wait for the process to complete.
  8. Close ALL Chrome windows completely (including all tabs).
  9. Restart Chrome and try logging in again.
⚠️ Important: You must completely close and restart your browser for the changes to take effect. Simply refreshing the page is not enough!
Note: Clearing cookies will sign you out of most websites. You'll need to log in again.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the Clear Recent History dialog by pressing:
    Ctrl + Shift + Delete
(On Mac: + Shift + Delete)
  2. In the "Time range to clear" dropdown, select "Last Hour" or "Last Two Hours".
(Firefox doesn't have a 6-hour option, so you may need to select "Last Two Hours" multiple times or choose "Last 4 Hours" if available in newer versions)
  3. Click on the Details arrow to expand the options if they're not already visible.
  4. Make sure the following items are checked:
    Cookies
    Cache
    Active Logins
    Site Preferences
    Browsing & Download History (optional)
  5. Click the "Clear Now" or "OK" button.
  6. Wait for the process to complete.
  7. Close ALL Firefox windows completely (including all tabs).
  8. Restart Firefox and try logging in again.
⚠️ Important: You must completely close and restart your browser for the changes to take effect. Simply refreshing the page is not enough!
Alternative Method: You can also access this from the menu: Click the menu button (☰) → History → Clear Recent History.
